More than two years ago, I returned home from my semester abroad (see post below)...
Now, in less than 24 hours, I am taking off on my next world adventure with my hopefully soon to be attorney boyfriend, Josh.
We are heading off to Asia to spend three weeks in Thailand, followed by three weeks in China.
After a hectic night of packing, we are now literally fired and up and ready to go...(hint, hint -- in case you were wondering who we hope the presumptive nomenie is upon on our return. unfortunetly, or maybe fortunely we get home just in time to watch the returns from Pennsylvania). Our flight takes off from LAX tomorrow (well, techincally friday) at one in the morning... and we'll be landing in Beijing at 5 am China time. We then have a lay over in the airport -- we booked a hotel room near-by for literally for six hours -- and then we'll be flying to Bangkok. Woo hoo.
Unfortunetly, some sacrafices had to be made in order to go on this trip... it's sad, but true: we will be missing Dodgers opening day. Somehow, we feel we'll survive, but we need you all to cheer extra loud. Also, we will be anxiously awaiting the return of Andrew Bynum (and Trevor Ariza) and will be back in time for the play-offs. Go lakers. MVP: Kobe Bryant.
